Gegenstadt (2017-2019)
In German, "Gegenstadt" stands for the contraction of "Gegenstand" (object) and "Stadt" (city). The buildings of these cityscapes are based on everyday life objects. In addition, each picture is the (intimate) portrait of a person or of a place, since the depicted objects always come from one chosen location at a given point in time.
